Not bad, it's nice and simple. I would get rid of the underlines on the links, and change the color of the links from blue to something else. Why not make the lines solid and light, rather than dotted? A new scrollbar color would also look nice.

Yeah, I'd change the link color to the same as the rest of the text. Great site otherwise, though.
