Looks pretty decent. The "Assistance and Contact" tab lead to 404 error.

The build/framwork and general praesentation isn actually pretty good, i'd much rather see some virus warnings on display, though. What are the common windows errors being displayed when a user has a virus? If you bring some of the images up, you'd gain immediate customer identification. After all, they've just seen it or have seen the effects of a virus at some point. Simultaneously, you'd gain credibility, because you "know what a virus does" and you know the solutions.

Other than that, fix your FavIcon and you should have a pretty we functioning and laid out site.
