The iframe on the front page is areal turn off (and not related to your site content - i see webhosting offers and the such in it)

the site seems to be well structored, and works well, the template seems to give me this feeling of "emptyness", don't think i can explain that any better :/

I never put a iframe on the site. Where did you see it?
I think you mean the blue bar? Thats just a image a Adsense Link unit above it.

Emptynesss? Well thats not good don't what visitors to feel lonely when they visit
The template however was an Adsense Ready template I found. Just pop in the google code. And build a small mini site on niche (FF midi's in my case).

when i loaded the site, where the flast was, there was an iframe behind it aprox the same size as the flash.

the iframe was offset from the flash a little which is why i could see it ...

Absolutely correct, on the frontpage, there's an underlying frame with web hosting offers. It completely destroys the look of your entrance. Not sure if that's browser related, i'm running Firefox/2.0.0.6.

Once inside, you have quite some content listed, i'm missing the visual tie back to final fantasy. the game has very distinctive colors, shapes, designs. None of these elements has really found it's way into your site. A logo here and there or the one picture on the right is a good start, build up from there. Utilize the backdrop for additionally embedded watermarks.
The nav box on the right, with the game selection is not standing out and actually had me wondering for a bit whether you even have it broken down into each individual game. Since you do have it, give your nav more presence.
You're all about music/midis on your site, can you tie the music back to a thumbnail or a small video of a scene applicable to each music bit?

Not a bad start, just something to build up on!

You should remove the intro (sorry), and the pop-up.

I like the design a lot, and the idea too.
