Review with a couple Questions

so i'm new to webmaking and have been working on this site this week. it's my first website without using a cheesy template. a couple of the pages are not complete. On the first and last page the words are embeded in my background and i'm wondering if they will show up in a google search. if not what can i do. i was thinking of putting them behind the background but not sure if that would help.

and if i can put them behind the background why couldn't i just put a whole bunch of stuff back there for search engines to see. please let me know if that is frowned upon.

anyway here is the site, let me know what you guys think.

I think that if you place hidden text its supposed to be a big no no. But I think if a word is shown as an image you can write that word in the alt tag? I'm really not an expert on this so don't take my word for it. I'm sure someone else with more experience will come along. =)

Back to your site, the text: 'world millionaires' club..." is a little difficult to read, it blends into the background. And the middle of the page has no text, I have to scroll down to read all of it and I'm using a big screen resolution so people using a smaller resolution won't even know text is there. All they'll see is a blank page and won't know what the site is about.
Another thing is the backgrounds. This is a personal opinion though. It's a little too distracting for me having the whole background as an image. It takes away from the little content you have on the front page.
But your other pages are ok since you're using a solid colour background. I also think you can make your menu buttons a bit more colourful.

These are all just my personal opinions though, I hope they helped!

The site uses too many images. I would recommend using a template with less images. It takes quite some time to load and isn't very friendly to search engines or dial-up users.

I would not recommend hiding text in your background, Google would frown upon like everything else
As far as your site goes, I would definitely change the resolution. This site will be hard to view for several visitors. Also, I would try to have some common theme connecting your index page with all the others. It seems like each page is almost a different website. Your visitors will feel more comfortable to browse, stay longer, and possibly click on some of your AdSense ads if you could make the site more unified.
Just my $.2 hope it helps.

I agree with all the above. The site is visually overloaded, not clean cut, there's no rhyme or reason to it. The flash player doesn't flow well with the design, etc.
The backdrop could/should be a Las Vegas visual, the site should be centered or stretch across the entire screen, the footer of the website maker needs to disappear, etc.

There's tons of work to be done. Best of luck!
