Please Review My Site

I was wondering if you would mind having a look at the site that I have made. I'm interested to see if it looks right on your computer and if it is easy to use and interesting.

Please note that all of the pictures on the site are not the ones that will be used when the site goes live.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey rob007, when I click on "Buy a Calendar," "Upcoming Events," or "Our Sponsors," the white rectangle with all the content in it seems to be pushed a bit towards the left. Perhaps you could center that out? You might want to remove the underlines from those links, as well. The first code removes underlines from specific links, while the second removes underlines from all the links on the pages.

Code:
<A HREF="http://smokin2005.abbie.ca/template/order.php"
STYLE="TEXT-DECORATION: NONE">Buy a Calendar</A>
Code:
<style type="text/css">
<!--
A:link {text-decoration: none}
-->
</style>
I was thinking a new (red) scrollbar would look nice, as well. There's numerous sites out there that can make one for you, like this. I know your going to be changing the graphics, so I'll leave that aside but make sure you do something with the white, empty space in the center (between the girl and the links). Overall I like what I'm seeing so far, good luck with the webpage.

Hi Mr. Websites! Thank-you for your input!!!

I don't see this on my computer in either IE, Opera, or FireFox. I've had a look at my table layouts and couldn't see the problem. Any chance that you could take a screenshot to point it out to me?

Sure, compare the placement of the links to the white rectangle, itself.

That young lady looks rather warm... has she been standing too close to one of your fires?

In your page banner, that should be "Firefighters'" (with an apostrophe).

Your sponsors page looks a tad bare. Have they withdrawn their backing?

Seriously, it looks fine. With a touch here and a touch there, you'll get it right.

I viewed it in Netscape 7.1, BTW, and saw no rendering problems...

picture of the lady only thing that bothers me, it's not very good "cut-out" ( don't know if that's the right word?)
and the quality of it seems not so good either

altho very nice and simple looking site

Any other comments / ideas?

My biggest problem with it is that in 1024 x 768, I really like the size of the image and white background box. However, in 1280 x 1024, it looks a little small and almost too simplistic.

Any thoughts on this or any other items? Any help is greatly appreciated!
