I redesigned it a few days ago and am still working out a few kinks. You may, or may not notice that I've blocked IE users from accessing the site. This is due to the fact that IE is not standard compliant and couldn't get the site to work in it.

I'm particularly interested in your opinions on the ad placement.

looks great.

I think the ad placement is fine - it's fairly standard placement for sites that have a search box on the homepage.

I like the way the second set of ads are narrower so that the content tapers.

I think the ads are far away enough from the lookup button to satisfy the new adsense tos

btw, I noticed that hitting the "lookup" button with just the default www. in the input throws some interesting php errors

Yeah, I'm unable to fix that. Let's just hope no one else does that

The Adsense makes the page too busy, maybe you can add a border around it? Not sure if that will be good for the CTR, but worth a try

Nice job. Looks good overall, not too much not too little, works as intended and delivers results. I assume you're bound to the speed of your queries returning to you; in the tests that i ran on your site, it took a little bit before results were returned.

Overall - very nice!

Current versions of IE ARE standards compliant. The problem is:

1) Your code is not valid HTML markup
2) You have no doctype. Not using a doctype (or using a compatibility mode doctype) TELLS browsers to step back and emulate older (non-compliant and/or buggy) versions of themselves.

If you block IE you're blocking the majority of your potential visitors - if I were you I'd fix the other issues

site looks great here, and the loading time is pretty good to. I would probably remove the blacklisted feature though as it never seems to show up, same go for webhost also.
