Crit My Forum Skin - Be harsh!

Hey y'all, I'm in the process of tweaking a forum skin. The client likes everything except the header. To be honest, I feel the same.

Real Estate Webmasters Skin

We are having problems thinking of ideas for the very top image above the main navigation. I was going to place a nice real estate photo behind the fence, but I'm finding it difficult to find a nice image that fits the proportions we have set for the header.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/34051-crit-my-forum-skin-be-harsh.html

I'd like to have the image/photo transition into a pattern that will tile off the right hand of the page. Any ideas for that?

BTW the logo will be changed. It is in development phase now.

Please provide me with any suggestions/critical comments. I want this forum to kick some serious butt.

I like the green motif and the logo is excellent. Needs some actual house photos, though.

I agree with Anthony. It needs some actual photos of real estate.
