Developers: Pls Provide Feedback on my site

Can someone please tell me how I can improve my site development (i.e., images, better style links rather than image links, CSS, etc..). I feel that although the site has a nice design, however may not have with the right coding/language and it's lacking coding/links for SEO. Drop down navigation are completey different in Mozilla and reload page is somewhat slower.

Any Tips? Link below

Thanks for your help.

Moved to website reviews section. I think you will get nice ideas from reviews and some very good opinions in reviews section.

Thanks.

Layout, color and overall design are good and cater directly to your target group. Unfortunately, as you already indicated, your drop downs from the nav bar show up all the way left rather than right below the nav. I'm running on FF 2.0.0.4 with 1440x900 res (laptop)

Generally, the feel, handling and intuitive navigation seems well thought out.
There are quite some coding pros on NP, you might always post the link to this thread in the coding section and direct the code whiz' over here.

From my perspective, other than the few adjustments that are to be made - nice job!

Thanks for the feedback. Can you name few of those adjustments that you are referring to so I know for myself as well what are some of those things that need to be addressed? Once I understand the changes that are needed to be made, I can bring it up once I select a developer/coder.
