Nixism Web Hosting

Nixism Web Hosting

Noah and I have put a lot of work into this site, and we believe it has turned out well. What do you guys think?

I am aware of the minor issues in IE, but other than that do you have any..

Comments, concerns, or questions…?

Thanks.

It looks great IMO! Good job.

Question, how are you doing the rollovers for the menu? Are you using two separate images? If so you should check out some background rollover techniques, so only one image needs to load and the site doesn't look goofy as a result during long load times for slower users ;D

One thing that I don't like however is the pixel font used on the "view all testimonials" button, it is the only pixel font I can see on the whole site, doesn't really fit. otherwise

Definitely a very well built site. A few things that stand out to me, though:

1, Just wondering, what would I pay the following months?
Well, the shared packages will cost $3.99, $6.99, $10.99 and the reseller packages will cost $13.99, $23.99, $31.99.
Take the "Well" out - it sounds unprofessional and put the costs and packages in a table. it would be easier to look at them this way. Basically, repeat the table that you have just above and plug the prices in after the promotional month has ended.

2, pictures of your data center are hosted by flickr?! You guys offer webhosting, the pictures should be right there on the site instead of the link "Want to see pictures". Thumbnails that magnify upon mouseover should be enough.

3, On your entrance page/lander, make sure that you indicate that your $1/$6 are first month offers only. Personally, if i'd bank on a very affordable host, just to find out that the prices are only for the first month, i might feel like you wasted my time.

4, Start another site and offer a Q&A section for pre sales questions. One section that contains everything a user can ask you before the sale, rather than having the user dig through multiple pages to filter out the answers.

That's the 2 minor things that stand out to me, other than that, it's a pretty well built site.

Thanks for the comments, any more?

@ IntelBank.com

I have been thinking of doing those things. Thanks for your suggestions.

I'll reiterate the others by saying you have a very nice site: nothing stands out which would scare away this customer. Great speed, layout, and content.

A small suggestion? Make a different sublogo for each main page? The girl with her open mouth gets a little repetitive. It's also a good place to put up other catchprases. [I like what you've got, "Every so often...". Catchy]

I don't like your website. I have spend there 30 seconds, opened 5 or 6 pages and I couldn't find the prices.

Um... You can either click on shared, or reseller, and the prices for the packages are right at the top.

Oh and just as a heads up, you spelled philosophy wrong on the "About Us" page.

Its not that hard, you click "Shared" or "Reseller" on the top navigation and you see the prices. Or on the side package boxes, click "More Information".
