Hi guys, not posted a topic in here for a while so thought i'd give this a shot...

I've recently put a design together to run alongside another gambling website i run, just wondering what people's thoughts and first impressions of it were before i begin coding it. Most of it is going to be text based so that it works in different languages so please excuse the basic fonts used.

Please be honest in what you think, positive and negative feedback all help

I like the theme and blue layout but i guess you need to change logo, rest spice it up with some more content and some better images

Probably the best gaming layout that has come through here in a very long time!
Clean lines, info is non confusing, overall, it's all very well laid out.

You most definitely need to look at the header/banner. Your text logo doesn't compliment the site, on the contrary, your otherwise neat design is negatively impacted by a non existing or well thought out logo.

Also, use the backdrop for branding.

Overall:

+1/2 out of 3

thanks for the comments guys much appreciated, i was trying to keep the logo basic because it will change with the language of the website, then again i'm having second thoughts on doing this and may just change the slogan

Your logo needs to be independent from language. Utilize visuals, brand your product with it. The tag line, as a separate graphic, can be changeable per language. All you'd have to do is work up the needed geo banners. Once you have the initial logo down, the rest is just translation work - which should be simple enough.
