URLGap Mockup - Looking For Criticism And Opinions

Hey all,

This is another project I've got lined up, if you read the design - it'll tell you what it's for. After this, I've got to whip up a design for the URL shortening script itself.

The design: http://www.urlgap.com/ (static image)

Fairly happy with it myself, was going for the crisp/clean cut look.

Neat, tidy, I like it.

The only suggestions I can make are:

- Not sure about purple for the text block.
- The header logo "urlgap" may be just a little too plain?

Definitely crisp, although a bit too close to wordpress, which was the first thing i thought about when i saw it.
The logo definitely needs a touch of custom and a product specific tag line is missing altogether.
Copy your text into word and hit F7 there are a few typos, nothing too big, but they stood out nonetheless.

Overall, appealing design, i'd like to see it again once it's functional.
