what do u think of the design? And do u like where the ads are placed and the colors etc?

Hello your blog has good content.

But I would suggest making a custom template for it.

You should submit your blog to feedburner also.

Heres a example of a custom blogspot template below

it makes it look much better, plus you can hide your navbar.

I dont like your ad placement on the footer, you shouldnt put 2 ads together and im not sure if google allows those auctionads, I would look into that or you will get your google adsence account terminated.

I agree -- having two ads one over the other is a little silly. I'd suggest you move one to the top before the table with your blog posts.

Get rid of one of the 468x60 banners and stick a link ad under your header. You will get some nice clicks. Otherwise i like the layout. Maybe change the color of the skyscraper banner unless yiou want it to stick out like that,
