I know the domain is a little off, however how would you rate the site, not the design?

Its a site for files but it does it a different way.

1.) Someone uploads a file,
2.) Gets a link
3.) (Shares a link) or someone is sent it.
4.) Goto link page when you enter your email.
5.) File arrives in your inbox.

What do you think.

Have you put a file size limit on it? Any kind of time limitations e.g. one send per minute? Any kind of virus scanning?

If not, it could be used maliciously to attack company mail systems.

Other than the potential for abuse, I dont think it's a bad idea, I can see that some people would want to send a file rather than a link, but might be unable/unwilling to send the file from their own email.
