Just created this wallpaper website: Naruto Wallpapers ?

Hate to step on you, but as you said "I just created".... unfortunately, that's also what it looks like - just thrown together.

Your images need to be larger, your categorization/nav bar needs to stand out and place the font on 3D buttons. There needs to be a spectacular image as backdrop, otherwise you're losing "buy-in" from users, after all, you're having a wallpaper site, if you don't have a wallpaper that knocks the user's socks off, who will?

the wallpaper of the week should be a wallpaper of the day, or even better, when you have enough content, you can switch the wallpapers out multiple times per day.

the masthead/top of the site needs to have the faces centered and they should also be a lot larger and more prominent on the site, after all, they create your theme and speak to your target group.

Also, the i almost needed a magnifying glass to see it,...and i have 20/20 vision enlarge your mission statement and cut it down to the essentials, 8 keywords or less. what you've written there, should be the intro in the 'about us' section.
