Pretty neat site, although i remember having seen your site before. I'd recommend to add more smileys, based on animations, etc.
The selection that you have now is a good start, i'm sure there can/could be more though.

Overall, easy to use, crystal clear arrangement, no guesswork. Very nice!

Hi,
Based on your design, I personally don't feel that I am immediately understanding the concept of your site. GreatSmileys.com has excellent potential; let your design exemplify the potential. Make the site a bit more lively by creating a header and footer with Web 2.0 feel. Your color scheme is also static and again doesn't give me the psychological feeling I want to associate with smileys. I'm not exactly sure what color scheme and design is appropriate.Although the concept is magnificent, personally, your design does not stimulate any interest in the user. It's come and go as I see it. Again, this is just my personal opinion and I would be glad to talk more about my feelings with you if you'd like.

I love it, the orangy/yellow colour scheme fits in with the smileys I think. I may have to make a few for a forum of mine.
