My First Developed New TLD Website: NewNames.info - NewNames.biz - NewNames.us

In recent months, new TLD sales have become the top source of income for me and the revenues grow every month. I decided it no longer makes sense to have my top producers buried under com/net/org at BrandsPlus.com so I developed a new site that puts info/biz/us front and center. In addition to sales, the site includes new extension news and resources and examples of very successful new TLD sites.

One thing to keep in mind here is that this site is about "marketing" not journalism. I used caricatures of the old TLD's as a tool to get people to consider the new alternatives. Focusing on your competition's negatives while playing up only the strong points of your own product is a time tested marketing strategy. I think new extension fans will like it, while CNO only folks may fail to see the humor in it. :-)

In any case, I will be interested in your overall impressions of the site including design, navigation, features, etc. It was built on NewNames.info but can also be reached through NewNames.biz and NewNames.us.

I like the graphics you placed next to the descriptions of the extensions. The website itself loads fast and is simple. I don't think it needs any improvements.

Lose the counter at the bottom. It looks unprofessional. Other than that nice job

Thanks golds. The counter was meant to be temporary from the start. A friend bought some Google adwords for me as a grand opening gift yesterday and I was curious about how many hits would come in (without having to dig through my host's detailed stats program), so I put that on there for 24 hours to get a quick look.

It's a good laugh, but I'm not sure I'm convinced by the pitch!

A powerfully different approach, though, and I hope it brings you success.

Just one question, though... where did you get that photo of my boyfriend (.com) and did he say you could use it??
