layout is pretty basic. need something to add some "lively fun" to the site. the boxblue.png that you are using for the menu totally does not suit what you are doing with it. once again ad placement is nothing special.

I don't like the color scheme. It's not visually appealing. Too dull. May want to add more colors to make it more "lively".
Also, the layout of the website needs work. You also have too much adsense ads there. I don't like the large adsense banner ads right below the menu.

Just as John said, you need to spice it up a bit. Make a better looking logo, if you dont have the skills, make a design contest for 20$ here and you will get an amazing logo, believe me. (no, i wont join the contest haha)

Too standard, it's a common template with no features that make your site stand out from the rest.
You need custom work done, from top to bottom, from logo to footer and everything in between, which also includes the framework and backdrop.

thnx guyz for the reviews actually i made that layou in 30 mins i was in a hurry to see adsense working lOl.after making a new esign i will post here again for a review thnx
