loaded fairly slow for me too - could be because of all the junk coding and design. looks like it's supposed to be a design website, yet your website was put together from codes from different places. (btw, the nooby "disable right click" thing didn't work on me, lol). for example:

Code:
//Disable right mouse click Script
//By Maximus (maximus@nsimail.com) w/ mods by DynamicDrive
//For full source code, visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com
and

Code:
//onMouseover Scrollbar effect- by Svetlin Staev (svetlins@yahoo.com)
//Submitted to Dynamic Drive
//Visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com for this script
isn't all too impressive, especially with the statement "We are working since last 4 years." which i gather means you've been making websites for four years. also none to impressive and unprofessional: the gazillions of outsider ads. you have at least clicksor, bidclix, adsense, and adbrite on your homepage alone!!

suggestions:
- learn how to design websites and design your own
- get someone to correct all the spelling and grammatical errors.
- figure out whether you want to make money from designing websites or from click revenue

[edit: i also find your signature somewhat offensive, especially when most of your posts are only one line long and could be considered spam in most cases]

Listen to Schockie and remove some of the million ads, they are very unprofessional. If you want to use it as a business (portfolio) website, then remove all the ads, otherwise i cant see any customer wanting to work with you.

Loads quickly for me.
The bottom ad is just by FAR too large.
The nav buttons could be a bit larger and the orange/red font is almost too overwhelming after more than 30 seconds.
If you want to approach the english languaged market segment you'll need to have your text proofread.
Quote:
We are working since last 4 years.
is grammatically incorrect.

Overall, i like the mission and ease of use of the site. +1/2 out of 3
