love the banner but took longer than necessary to load. centering the layout may be nice. also, watch it with adsense on this site as i believe it violates TOS.

You violate the Google Adsense TOS, you should remove the bottom ad immidietly before you get banned, and then copy-paste an original code of Adsense ad from their website. Never ever change the code, otherwise big trouble.
1. You changed the Ad code
2. You basically ask people to click on it ("Last step (and my personal favorite)")

When my site got aproved that site was already there.

Site is simple as you said.

But you sure are violate Google AdSense TOS, as I know site with referral link are forbidden

and post:
"Make your own website (earn up to 500$/month)"
doesn't leave anywhere, you should correct the link

I think you've submitted the site not too long ago.

Aside from all the things that have already been mentioned, I'll stick with my previous eval: The logo still doesn't work for me. It's about money making not weird looking cartoons, i'm sure there's a better way to present that.
The site needs to be centered, and the backdrop needs a bit more color as well.

You cannot have Adsense ads on any Poker / Gambling related website. I think you should better read the rules, people are getting kicked from Google Adsense for not even breaking the rules.....
