It's a very nice design. Only part that doesn't fit are the "Services Specials About Us Testimonials Contact Us" buttons. Also, "$16.00 One time fee!" goes onto a new line and messes up in Opera v9.

Personally, I think having the main navigation below the banner (why purchase from Wireflame.com) is slightly odd. Normally, you would expect the navigation to be on top, just below the logo but you also have a secondary navigation on the top right as well.

It might also be a little odd that all the elements of the design are in perfectly aligned containers but the navigation itself does not really line up with anything.

I really like the design so maybe I'm just nitpicking.

Not much to add that's not already been said. Professional appearance, professional template. Maybe some more of the blue color would have been nice, in subtlety applied to a few elements, but that's about it.
