Here it is guys, my first site ever!!!

www.prockz.com - It is a proxy site, and it is my first!
I personaly like the colors, but what do you think? Is it too hard on the eyes? Do you like my logo? Layout? What do you think? Any advice on how to make it better? Thanks alot, I am so exited about my first ever site!

I really like it! The colors seem fine to me, the layout is good, and the ad placement is great. Build up backlinks and get some traffic!

Very nice for your first site.
Unfortunately, it's yet another proxy that doesn't really differ much from the ones that have come through here over the past months.
Your site has an overshadowing amount of adsense boxes that make the actual appearance of the address (url) box almost minuscule.
Right above the url box, the +url form is not aligned with the gray box it should be in, thats just minor though.

overall, its a very nicely done first project, though it would need some element that sets it apart from all the other proxy sites.

good work for you first site!

I see your background stops at a resolution of +1280
I see you have a stretched image at a set width. You should fix that by making a 1px width background image and add to your body background style repeat-x;

Keep up the good work!

it is good for your first site, but it looks unfinished for me.
a lot of unused blank spaces, top header is not accurate... see curved corners.
What does round element of your logo mean?

Well, proxy sites are not known for being extravagent...

I would suggest you make the URL box more defined. The normal user wouldn't know that its the URL field.
