Looks good overall, needs some moving/animated/flash elements to show the full spectrum of your skills, also try to consider some sample AJAX work and present the portfolio image larger than it is right now.
I'm missing the stunning effect/content on your site, if you want to stand out from the huge crowd of web designers, you'll have to step up your game a bit and truly own your project.

It's an ok start, but there's quite some left to do:
