site review/flash approach to d.j portal

Hello as you can see when you visit the site,. It is not done,,, It is idea of mine and I played around with the flash concept for creating a site of interest. In a beta testing . the url is not searched , I bought the domain name and after relizing it was not the greatest.. I wanted to do something with it any ways.. so if you can look at what I have done so far.. any thoughts /critics.. thanks

very professional looking site. like the navigation but make sure to have another 'non-flash' set of the navigation (like at the footer) just for the bots and crawlers. an option to turn the music off would be nice as well.

Hey there acelady06,

Nice website you have there. The flash is cool but a good idea would (as John84 said) for the user to be able to turn the music off.

Also having a HTML only version would be a good idea so your website suits everybodies needs. (I know people who aren't really a big fan of Flash websites AT ALL).

Good luck with the website.

Lewis

All the above, plus, the colors, even though they flow well, are a bit on the "cartoony" side, maybe you can give it a bit of more serious touch? I suppose it depends on the target group you're trying to reach.

Overall, looks like a solid project,
