What do you think about www.northernstrike.info ?
Layout, colors, readability?

I tested on 1280x1024 & 1024x768 don't know how it looks in other resolution.

It's on the left so the soldier eye stills on top of the menu looking at you

1440x900 laptop, it's hanging to the left a bit.

Overall, i like the theme that goes across all pages, you're dragging the Northern, cold them along which makes for a quite nice impression.

There's actually nothing i could suggest to add other than center the image and think about introducing embedded flash banners or something alike; a bit of visual action on the frontpage wouldn't hurt.

The general look of the website looks awesome and looks likle a lot of time and effort has been put into it, and like gjsys said, you've dragged the Northen cold theme along with it and it makes it very...(How do I put this) professional.

It's definately got the feeling that it's to do with the website nature about it, which is very good.

I'll rate this 9 1/2 out of 10.

9/10 and i am in a 1480xsumit (its a widescreen and it works)

Added a Forum to discuss about Northern Strike or other.

The template at this moment is only a little mod of a base one, but I'll enhance in the future.

Woops, you seem to have the XHTML Transitional image at the bottom of your website however the almighty w3.org XHTML Validator says differently...

It's bidvertiser and sedo banners fault

I can't change them so I can't remove that errors

looks good i would expand the left menu so the ads can fit in the same background they are separated too much people will ignore the ads
