I am alsmost sure this is the smallest site you have seen but, I think
this makes it very clear for any user who comes on the site.

HAHA! now, THAT's cute! it would make a great addition to a 3rd party registrant, but a stand alone site? I don't know about that.

The idea is neat, nonetheless. For the idea alone:

although, i don't see much future potential with the site as it is.
