Hi ..nice site ,interesting topic.
I like the lime green, sites seem to be more relaxing in this colour (to me anyway)
Easy nav 2 so thats a bonus.
I take it the sites only in its early days, so more content will be needed.
adsense blends in with the site ,very good.

I think your site is fine. not to flash and not to boring which with your topic is great.

nothin bad from me...good job

Why not ditch the border on the adsense ads? I'm sure they'd blend in much better without it.

VERY nicely done.
Only a few adjustments, out of my perspective;

enlarge the nav buttons a bit and bring them down in a more prominent spot. Increase the banner size by just a little to give it more presence, it's branding your product as a secondary branding element besides the initial logo.
While i'm at the logo; you've chosen the classic medical logo, i'd take it one step further and "make it yours", adjust it to represent your site for an even more professional touch and look.

Give users the opportunity to sign up for the daily news letter and present deeper topics regarding the business.

You've set up a good looking site, now the real work is getting started, get content, submissions of content, etc.

Booksales alone are not going to give you the credibility you're looking for, they just make you another questionable eBook store, which there are too many as it is. While your initial approach may have been to drive booksales and make your money through that, i believe that the topic is actually a pretty good one and can/should be monetized as a serious venture not "just" as a cover up to sell eBooks.

Overall, you're on the right way, don't drop the ball now, get more content, talk to local home health & nursing places and get them to submit their stories.

Currently: + 1/2 (1 1/2/3)

Hi..

This layout doesn't look good:

1. Top navigation. I do not like it because it has two lines on buttons - no good.
If I had this site I would make top navigation wider to avoid two lines.
2. Graphics on top banner are blured, with a bad compression
3. Why "Medical Nursing Business" headline on yellow background? Yellow doen't match any color on the site. And it looks "outstanding" from whole layout.
4. overall background color is not good. Try to make it darker.

I hope this will help.
