Koopa is on a distinguished road

it's a good script, but I'm unsure of why people would use it instead of eBay?
However if it has something which the big E doesn't, then this could really work.
I know the logo is meant to replicate a laid-back site, but a professional one could really add to the appeal

Good luck with it.

The site works as intended i would guess. the large search bar is certainly useful by pointing out what the site's purpose is. The logo needs a definite clean up and also a bit more presence.

I am wondering about the purpose of the site though. What am i to accomplish there? Look up items - eBay serves that well for me. Saving searches/items - eBay covers it.
So, unless i missed it, what does your site provide that i, the user, feel the need to come back for more?

It would be interesting to build a meta auction search engine, one that combines auction results from many different auction houses. Granted, eBay is the strongest one, but there are plenty others that may need to be considered. That would be a reason for people to come back. Also, user accounts and saved searches would be beneficial, this way, unless they navigate away to purchase an item, they will remain on your site as long as possible since you're delivering information that no one else delivers.

Just my .02 euros though.

site as is: with tons of potential for improvement.

I like the site header but find the rest a bit plain looking. I'm not too keen on the font, for some reason it seems to give the site an 'unfinished' look. I think the logo could be improved a bit, its not too bad as is but it looks a bit 'thrown together'.

Overall, the site functions well but could maybe be a bit more appealing.
