Critique my site- Wanna descent PR?

Hello there! I have made some layoutchanges, to my photohost, and would like to have some feedback.

So, what do you think about the design and the functions? What could I do better?

using tables to design and format is a big no-no unless you actually need to display a table. try using css to design the layout instead of tables. the top navigation could probably all fit on one line, instead of 4 lines.

seeing that you have the webcam and pcs pics, you're probably trying to go with a more professional look. this makes sense given the topic and purpose of your website, so change the title from "Wanna Descent PR?" to "Want a Decent PR?" or better. typos /poor spelling/chat words (like "wanna", "lol", "oic", etc) = unprofessional.

I agree with shockie. The main thing that stands out to me is the overall design. It looks like a project that's halfway done. Use more and better coloring, create a memorable logo, toss the tables out and go with visual design elements that are serving your project. Unless you're presenting columns of data, refrain from using tables.
The loading speed of the site is great,....well, there's isn't much to load. Most of the nav buttons are non functional.

I believe the idea to be a good one, yet the presentation is lacking. As a consumer i'd like to see what you're going to do with the money that i spend on your services; show screenshots of existing projects. The very least i would expect, especially upon the promise to get decent PR is that your site has great a PR.

You're promising "Magic" - be magical on your own site then deliver magic to your customers - and make sure that everyone can see it.
