Looks good. I like the logo, the black background is working well, too.

One thing i would suggest, the explanation of what your site actually does, is spaced out across the screen, which on a 17" laptop gives me a twisted neck.

I'd take

Also, the check boxes are instrumental to your site, i'd put a bit more in the spotlight, showing the users that they have options.

Other than that, straight forward, simplistic yet visually effective!

fairly sick colour scheme.

spanning the centered paragraph across the page is somewhat ugg. throw some limits in to control its width.

btw, im not sure if your adsense placements are allowed by google :/

nice work overall, the layout is simple but suits the purpose as it doesn't need to be anything more, color scheme works well and it's straight to the point

think i'll be using this actually, bookmarked

There are too many proxy sites in the world, and not enough people are paranoid enough to use them all. Anyways, its a lawsuit waiting to heppen (for you, anyways).
