i just made a new simple design for it to day, what do you think, if not tested it in other browsers so if they are any problems please tell me, thanks

Good points

Striking design, nice bright colours
Good colour combination
Quick loading time

Bad points

Links on the right need to be more prominent
Also the upload part below the adsense needs to stand out more, the text is too small and try making the field larger
Change the placement of the adsense code, or move the upload part higher as there space between that and the top adsense code.

It is simple and clean. Very neat.
Except, you might want to use a different font for "Free Image Host" as the letters look very closely attached to each other that makes some of the letters hard to read.
Looks good to me. Though it might be nicer to have a unique design.
