i really like the placement of the ads -nice job. you would expect them to work best on the right side of the page, as people read from right to left, so their eyes end on the ads. how is the CTR on the new placement as compared to the old?

Cystic Fibrosis Save a Life
Site: BrainJava.com

Rating: 8/10

The design is professional and definately matched the whole website, You just need to change somethings and make it perfect.

About the AdSense, I really think you should put it under the POLLS. You need space for your news.

If you can, try adding a pop-up on Latest News from Java World, Latest Java Articles, Java Blogging, HOT Java Programming Discussions so that visitors can take a sneak glimpse on the articles.

You need some css hover style that is really popular this days, most of the people liked that style.

Thats all that I can suggest for now, You just need visitors, Just advertise and advertise..

Goodluck and Thank You.

1. Banner ad at the top right uglifies the site. Try customizing the banner(s) displayed to match your site, or take them out completely.

2. Overall somewhat crowded (with text). Aim more towards that blog look that you have in the second half of the site. Or figure out what the main thing people visiting your site want, and focus on that, with menulinks to that other "secondary" stuff. Keep the adsense on the homepage though .

3. Move one of the sidebars to the left, so that the blog entries / reviews are more centered (and look better)!

fixed the error that mention before in your last post, only thing i would do now is take that ugly banner of the top or make it match, and make a less blurry logo.

If u need a new logo I can help.

I would agree with that, but customers are customers (if its a customer).

Over all i like the look of the layout, clean, nice, easy to navigate. Great job
