![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm not sure what you're asking As you said it's a splash screen, something i would advice to avoid to websites Even PC programs have option to remove them You're risking the few seconds you have before the visitor leave with a big button without saying much and too much ads up and down Is it a complete site ? I know what TLD is and i assume you want a chat for domains but someone who doesn't know anything will be back in google to search for another site No text anywhere to find a clue That's my $1,000,000 opinion

![]() | There is one reason that comes in my mind to use a splash page (even tho it can be avoided) Choosing a language if the website is multi language one. Over all, the splash image looks nice.

![]() | I think you'll be losing a lot of potential users by the splash page and login procedure. I suggest removing the splash page all together and perhaps give a preview which encourages visitors to sign up. At the moment the visitors doesn't know what to expect and most people won't give their email address untill they do. Also, since you're chat channels are bit inactive at the moment, give the user some other content while he waits for other chatters. I suggest aggregating a RSS feed if possible.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The multilanguage splash is a design trend of the 90s when that was the only "cool" method to use Now you can trace the country and redirect him to the right page or load the default english and let him change if he wants
