Web Hosting design [REVIEW Please]

Hey guys I just started on this hosting design, tell me if you guys are feeling it, the way that it's coming, don't really comment on the logo, unless its positive lol, I don't do logos and I just created something that looked fun and slightly color based to the template. Anyways, rating from 1-10 and some comment would be great! Thanks!

I like it, and would give it a strong 8.5/10.
I do think it looks similar in layout to a number of hosting sites, but the design is clear, eyecatching without being too 'in ya face', and I'd be happy to use it.
