I had no control over the logo, had to design around it. Please let me know if you see anything wrong visually with this design.

Thanks!

I like everything, but when i see the navigation, i dont like it one bit. It is only a bad font. Impact i am guessing. I would STRONGLY suggest a different font, and then you basically have a wonderful, perfect design... great job!

I like the design. Very straightforward and nice color scheme. I don't think the logo hurts it that much. I'd suggest changing the navigation font and colors so that they stand out better. The way it looks now, I don't feel the need to click on any of the menu choices. It needs to pop out more to the user's eye. Good start!

Thanks for the great feedback.

I agree, I hate impact font. However, the logo uses impact font and times new roman (both fonts I can't stand). Since the rest of the site uses more standard web fonts (Arial for titles and a small verdana or tahoma I forget - for content) - I had to use a throwback font to the logo to tie up the design. According to my training and experience, it is usually very bad design practice to use more the 3 fonts for any comp.

I agree also that the menu isn't very compelling, especially compared to the bolds swoops and color. I will play with it to try to make it more clickable. Any suggestions on how to do this (of course in regards to this design)?

Thanks!
