| Your main page needs more info such as more examples of how to earn points. Site features, and etc... Earnt is not an eglish word, and it's not in the dictionary (base on dictionary.com). Earnt is a word that you use on your main page. Look for it and correct the typo. Just curious, how you plan to give away domain name? What if the domain name is not what person has in mind. I mean you give out certain domain name or a user can choose whatever domain name they want and you pay for them? |

It doesn't really suit your rewards program as it can't really be easily remembered. You should consider having another domain that members can easily relate to with your site. This review is based on everything I see as a member [I've signed up as 'antman' - please delete the account after you read the review] ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/252287-oursubstance.html I feel the main page is a bit too plain. It has bright colours, but no images. It turns me away as there is too much text to read. Consider adding images and remove the large font. The menu at the top should also have smaller font. You should also have a FAQ page for visitors to clarify your program. As domains are registered with RegisterFly, are you giving customers credits or money to purchase them? Your 'Rewards' page for visitors should say something like 'Redeem your domain' instead of the login page. On the 'Earn Points' page, consider having a 'Popular' and 'Latest' additions for people to click on. It's seems like a lot of clicking to earn points. Having a forum will also be a good idea and run some incentives to get visitors interested with being involved. I received 5 points when I signed up, but knew nothing about it on the main page. Add it on the main page to get visitors to sign up. Run a competition within the first few weeks to build your customer base. As I was registered, the main page still had the 'Not a registered user?' box - You should remove it. Good luck - remember to add images, a favicon and advertise it well! Review by Anthony Lieu.
