Detailed Analysis

As a fan of freebies, I like the concept of your site. It's good to see you have so many, but I believe catergorising and organisation is essential to the success of your site.

Let's work from the top.

First of all, you need to fix your <Title></title> tags. Rename each page to something like 'Goodies.us - Freebies gone wild!' instead of the current 'wwww.goodies.us' tag. Make sure each page is different so search engines can pick it up. Your Site Map contains just four links. If you catergorise and organise your freebies, it will certainly be more useful.

Most importantly, you need to differentiate between a site full of advertisements, and a page offering freebies. For your main page, I think it's best if you don't place any freebie offers there. It turns the visitor away knowing it's just a site full of links to benefit the person who made it. You should consider placing one or two 'Most Recommended' freebies and that should be it. The Loading Times score for your site is a 6 because of the slow loading times for loading those images.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/244803-a-freebie-site-with-a-twist.html

With the long content text at the bottom, you should keep it there, or distribute it as content across your freebie pages.

With your other pages, they are just filled with large banners and rarely any text. Again, you should catergorise them. Here's an example -

+ Miscellaneous Freebies
+ Electronic, Gaming & Music Freebies
+ Online/Virtual Freebies
+ Free Food, Drink & Recipes
+ Freebies for Your Pets
+ Home & Garden Freebies
+ Health and Beauty Freebies
+ Babies and Kids Freebies
+ International Freebies

Apart from just freebies that give you a cash revenue, you should post some freebies where it's just a simple freebie. Something like [http://tinyurl.com/he5p2] is an example.

At the bottom of the page, I would remove those four hyperlinks as they are in the menu above and in the sitemap. Is it possible to move the 'Site Powered By' information up a touch? It just drags the page down further.

Good luck with your website, I look forward to more free stuff!

Review by Anthony Lieu. Your site was accessed on a ADSL T1 connection, on Mozilla Firefox with a screen resolution of 1280x1024. Thank you for allowing me to review your website design - I hope it was useful.

shannonlp is an unknown quantity at this point

First problem I have on the machine I viewed this from is the screen resolution. The right side does not show up I have to scroll over.

I like the colors of the site. They do blend a little to much in the banner area. Maybe a little more contrast.

You have so much content I feel people will get lost quickly. Given that it is free stuff you may have an audience that will dig a little more.

Overall good start I feel it needs to be a little cleaner and more organized.

Thanks for reviewing my website shannonlp rep left

This has been the single most hardest development i have done in terms of content...The reason being...it is a freebie site...What i am doing right now is updating the content daily...A timely effort for sure....But it is converting for me....It seems to be with a freebie site....you either have to much content...or not enough content...both can make a visitor leave i know....So i am testing the waters with the site at the moment to see what people like...I am trying my best to keep the up most top offers on daily...A freebie site is like no other site i have developed....While i am seeing the majority of visitors hitting all my pages....and my most frequent exit pages aren't the home page...I am now just trying monitor what the visitors like and want...I am thinking by monitoring exactly what the visitors want...once i get a real evaluation...i can serve up offers that meet thier exact needs...and be able to more organize the whole site in general.

I ain't very good at reviewing but:

- the content is great
- but the design is awful , just have a look here

why don't you try to make it with wordpress or something ? it would be much more easier to manage etc .

Constuctive critisism is good....just what i need to make the site the best it can be.... i am mocking up a new design right now...It is hit and miss ...trial and error with this site it seems...Me knowing what people think...like yourself is very crucial..and your opinion is very much appreciated...Thanks again.
