Honestly, I think it looks really nice. The choice of colors go pretty well with eachother. It's laid out in an nice easy to read and follow manner (easy on the eyes). Navigation is good. Content is there.
Maybe the banner/logo could be a little crisper. In my FF browser it looks a little faded. If it were stronger I think it would add strength to the site and since it's a credit card type site, I think that would also help add credibility to it. But I don't think it takes away necessarily either. Just trying to critique.
Also, the blue on blue in the header of your tables I'm not real fond of. It works too, but I personally am not big on using same color on same color as I think it loses a little contrast.

Other than those minor things, I think you have a very nice site and have done a nice job with designing it.

I think it looks Ok... at the least! It would be nice to have a little more veriety in your colors. It would make it look a little more inviting. I think the Layout and the Navagation is great. Its Very easy to use and simple which I highly approve of. I feel that the font is a Fairly nice and simple again I highly approve of It being simple. Their is a nice veriety of features the go around your credit card theme.

I just really think that you might want to change some of the colers that go along with the site so that It would seem more inviting.

1. Layout : very common and simple 4/10
2. Colors : change the white color in your body, specially in the nav bar-blue is very bright for white background. 4/10

Although your overall rating is a seven, it is a very highly ranked seven. Your website design looks simple on the outside, but the content inside your pages is to a very high standard. Your reviews are content rich and easy to understand. Your domain is also easy to remember and it is good to see the PageRank of 4 for your website.

With your 'Top Reviewer's box, it appears on the bottom right on my monitor. See http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/3629/1ib0.jpg for a screenshot of what I mean. It appears fine on Internet Explorer.

Your left main menu could be categorised a bit better. It seems a bit overwhelming with so many links. It would be good to see one of those 'drag mouse over and menu collapses' type menus where menus expand when the mouse goes over it.

With your reviews of credit cards, a simple image of average rating of stars on the indexed pages would be useful instead of clicking on reviews to see other opinions. This will make navigation a lot quicker as well. You should also moderate your reviews as well. Pointless reviews such as http://www.apexcreditcards.com/index...act=view&id=95 need to be removed to maintain your other quality reviews.

On your Terms page [http://www.apexcreditcards.com/index...ct=view&id=95], “resources” is spelt incorrectly. Additionally, you need to fix "We are not a bank nor the" (Grammatically incorrect, it should either be "We are neither a bank nor the" or "We are not a bank or the".

Lastly, your footer links need to be smaller. Do they have any font family to follow?

You have a lot to be proud of on your website. It is well established, organised and the layout is simple. Keep up the good work.

And on a small note, get your site a favicon.
