Looks nice!

Pages load quickly.

Navigation is straight-foward except that the drop-down at the bottom may be a bit confusing at first. My first thought was that it would lead to links not offered on the top navbar. My personal preference for things like navigational elements is to be consistent throughout the site. It's just a very mild concern and doesn't detract from the site.

Also, and this is the case with many sites that use a drop-in forum, the navigation disappears. I get nervous whenever I go to the forum of a site and this happens. Instead of exploring the forum I'm tempted to immediately hit the back-button and forego the possibility of losing my way back to the page I was previously on.

It looks like the image gallery is done in HTML. That must have been a job! My favorite pre-programmed, Open Source gallery is called, oddly enough, 'Gallery'. It might take a while to strip it down to fit in with your design but after it's done it really makes managing images much easier. Either way, your gallery looks perfect.

I'm really nitpicking. The overall design is clean, fast, and works.

Good job!

Pretty nice, simple design. The colors you chose work well, but I think your link rollovers need to be a brighter color, not a darker blue. Also, I don't see why you need Flash for the logo, since it isn't really animated. You could just throw in a .jpg instead. Lastly, you might want to make the menu stand out more with graphic rollovers.

Thanks for the feedback guys, much appreciated, you've given me a lot to think about.

As for the flash thing, that will be taken out when I give the site to the client but for now it's just to fill the criteria of my college assessment.

Okay, good. There's nothing more "wasteful" when it come to web design, then superfluous Flash menus...
