Not bad. The bright colors will get viewers' attention, but I had trouble finding your logo. I expected it to be on top and larger than everything else. The rest looks okay, but will it fit all the content you need in those boxes?

I noticed you added a header. Great start with that! I like how you added the description on the right. Anyway, now you need to work on the logo itself to make it stand out more...

Great job on the site colors. Im personally not a big fan of the text alignments and the font choices. Outside of that, I do like the rollover of the main buttons. Nice job

The colors compliment each other and the navigational bar is simple yet well done. However I find the overall layout of the site to be a little bit confusing with all the different boxes on the main page. The site is much easier to read on the subpages. Although it's probably the boxy effect that you're looking for... better organization?
