Portal is created with joomla CMS.
I wanted to make it simple but I don't know if this isn't too simple

9/11/01 :: Never Forget
I like the design overall, but the green navigation bar doesn't look too good, try making a smooth looking gradient. Also the field space for username and password look too short and that really stands out. (to me)

It's a nice website. But the top part is empty, you can put your logo or ads there.
The banners are not well organized. Clean it up, put the banner at the left side of each title respectively. You have to make your log-in form attractive.

Btw, check your site's validity in W3C. Not necessary though.

1)Please click on ads before buying. 70% of earned money will be donated to charity. ?? Comeon man this is not right.

2) Need a custom logo.

3)The proper meaning of the site is conveyed properly. People just wont clcik becasue you said you will give it to charity

Regards

Like the others have said - its not bad for a learner...

Definately needs some sort of logo in the header - just to let people know where they are

I dislike the navigation bar due to the green streaks that run through it, I know its meant to look that way but to me it just looks mis-aligned.

As you dont want any review on the content thats pretty much all I can say :/

It is simple, that's good.

I'd put an interesting something in the banner...logo, a slogan that tells the user what your site is all about...something.

If you are really giving to charity then you might want to specify which charity and maybe have a link to the charity or charities. When you get more established you can mention how much you have given because it encourages others to also make a difference.

THANK YOU for your reviews!!!
I was away some time so I haven't change design yet

And yes I'll be really giving money to charity (this is the purpose of website)!

I'll choose some charities soon and let you know exacly how much are you donating and to who for each product you buy. And also try to prove it.
I think the first $ will be the hardest to earn because nobody will believe me.

You said that green buttons aren't good. Can anyone suggest me exactly which color would be ok.
What about backgorund colour. I was thinking about changing it to orange?
What do you think.

And if anyone want to comment the content I'l be thankful for all comments.
But there isn't any good articles yet finished and I'm planing on working on it a lot!

Thanks!

My main comment is that you need some sort of logo (site name) and tag line as mentioned above. The colors don't bother me much. It would feel much more complete and legit if there was some sort of branding elements (logo, etc.)

Nice idea overall though. Good luck with it.

I know I need a new logo. I will probably buy it soon (maybe with contest here) but I wanted to change some colors first, so logo will match site colors

Personally, I liked the green buttons & I wouldn't go with a orange background, keep it white.

Remember not to make things too fancy or you'll lose some visitors because they will decide it is too hard to read. I like the site the way you've got it (with a logo added).

Simple is very good, especially for your visitor who will probably just make a quick click. Keep it very simple to encourage them to do so.
