I love it, It would be cool to maybe see the teal a deep red? It does the job very well

Looks nice, but I think that if you make your bottom white box "Copyright © 2006 GameRenderz.com. All rights reserved." wider to match your main white box it will look better. Adding some logo also will not hurt your website.

I give you 5 respect points for creating the design yourself. It is quick loading and easy to stare at for hours. It's a shame your domain isn't really suited for a image hosting domain, so I suggest you find another one just in case that is easier to remember and suits image hosting.

The banner in the top left doesn't really attract me. Primarily, it has no purpose, and secondly, the use of that teal colour isn't really appealing. Thus, your slogan font colour will also need to be changed.

You should also reword '< 1.536E+38 kilobytes (a.k.a 1,5 megabytes)' as it is very confusing. Just a simple 1.5MBs will do. And is there a difference between jpg and jpeg?

Your link to http://reg.gamerenderz.com/content.php?page=aboutus and http://reg.gamerenderz.com/content.php?page=rules does not work. The copyright box seems a bit larger in width than the main box, you might want to change that.

It's good to see there are no advertisements. Keeps the navigation clean.

With features, look on other sites that provide image hosting to see what they offer. Pages like FAQ would be good.

And on a small note, get your site a favicon.
