| Internet Real Estate | NorthCarolina.info - Web Browser OK? I have made a few tweaks to NorthCarolina.info (including the addition of a Photo Tour button) and would like to know if the site is loading properly in your version of IE or other browsers. I understand the Firefox is quite popular but I've never viewed my site through Firefox. Would be helpful to know if Firefox users see any layout problems with the site. Thanks.

| Senior Member | Cool, went there for 3 weeks - ended last week :P Why is the site not using the right hand side of the page? it's just plain black The button backgrounds don't really work. It's a bit dark dont you think? Could be lightened up a bit.

| Internet Real Estate | Thanks TM for the input. Could be lightened up? Probably so! My monitor brightness is set to max. Will look into that. The page is positioned far left, but your should see a silver background on right (not the plain back ... don't know why that is occurring.) Again, thanks for your comments. Not sure what you meant about the button backgrounds? You mean the buttons far left and right on each side ... or the big Email and Hotels/Travel buttons?

| NamePros Regular | Well as a North Carolinian I demand you to turn over this site to me lol just kidding the pic on the top right of the guy surfing i would thing that a pic of the nc mountains would be better because we dont get waves that high and are water isnt that blue also are state bird is the cardinal which seems to be pretty popular so a pic of that would work and we have some popular colleges such as Carolina Tarheels, Nc State Wolfpack, and the Duke Blue devils would work to make it more authenic lol |

| Internet Real Estate | Good input and thank you everyone for posting. Been experimenting with lightening the black to medium grays. I've discovered quite a difference in the brightness of various monitors ... greatly affecting the degree of darkness. Yes, I do need sports links. Agreed! and added to my weekend to do list. P.S. ben - thanks for noticing the center gradient. I like that too.
