Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas to improve the site. On another smaller forum they have suggested several things including have a seach feature which i cannot add.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Extremely true, which is why i am asking for suggestions. I want to jazz it up a bit and make it unique.

Hi there,

Updating the logo is an absolute must!

Also the white text in the section headers is hard to read because of the bright/light backgrounds.

As it is at the moment, the site looks far too cluttered- instead of having so many small boxes with a small graphic & a short amount of text in- make one larger and more detailed i.e. a 'featured game' perhaps.

I've mentioned to many arcade webmasters that the secret in the success of an arcade is its appearance and quality + quantity of games. You want to aim for something different, and if you can do that, you can sit back and watch the traffic and revenue come through.

Firstly, you have an excellent domain. The .vg could also be thought of as 'Video Games'. Your header says "Video Site" - you should catergorise all your videos instead of placing them all in miscellaneous.

The appearance is a bit plain. Your two colour schemes are good, but the white background is a bit boring. In addition, the header needs just a touch of colour and pictures. I'm sure you've had it on your mind to change the appearance, and it should be a priority.

On a small note, I've seen many arcades make the game thumbnails link to the game itself. You might want to consider that. Your drop-menu is good, but try and find a 'Search' box for quick reference to games.

Remember to get your site a favicon and advertise it a lot!

Thanks for your review. I have added rep. I ahve also added links on index thumbnails, i plan to make a favicon tomorrow. and i changed the title to flash.video games (vg)

good design and layout
but change the colors and get rid of the grey background for some reason it makes it look cheap to me (but its much better than i could do lol)
