The directory is brand new, so there won't be much to comment on, but hopefully the tips will help you gain more traffic.

Starting from the top, your header banner needs to be a bit more bright and attractive. In addition, occupy the space on the right with advertisements or something colourful to fill. Your menu links need to be lighter in colour. I suggest white.

With your description box at the moment with the Links Makers.com description, fill that up with a few sentences about the directory.

Your catergories need to have small sub-links below each one with the popular submitted catergories. Look around at other directories and see what they have on offer. Additionally, fill up that white space on the right.

As your right box is occupied by Google Advertisements at the moment, you don't really have space for sponsors or featured links. This is good for now, as the site is still small, but later on, you will generate more revenue if there are sponsor locations.

At the bottom, you should have a small statistics box mentioning how many sites you have on your directory.

As your directory is still small, I suggest starting with free links without recip. first to gain some traffic. You can then later on start charging at a small price.

And on a small note, get your site a favicon and rename the <Title> tags to suit your website.
