Looks nice. Maybe you could trim down the amount of sections and only crete them as you grow.

hosting offers, and hosting request could be combined, as could many others... there is just too many forums and people dont know where to start, but i would say post on all the design, hosting, programming and other forums... in the spam section, and advertise... it can never hurt to advertise

I think you're off to a good start, but I agree that you should reduce the amount of sections. In general, I would stick to 10 sections or less to start and then add to that as necessary.
