Love it or hate it? I am undecided

Hello everyone! I am a freelance designer but am new to this forum. I wanted to see about some input on a redesign of my personal site. I am having a creativity block but still came up with this new layout. Its still in the works so please mind the row heights, etc that may be a little off. I cant decide if I love it or hate it at all....

Here is a thumbnail

????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/22248-love-it-hate-i-am-undecided.html

And here is the link to the layout in the works .. test layout

I just can't decide what I think of it... I want something a bit different for my personal site, but no clue what. My current site layout is more "silly" then artistic and you can see it located at iGina

So do you love the test layout or hate it? General input? (remember its in the works and not optimized or fullly coded...)

It takes way too long to lead because of how you've sliced the navigation. Also, the navy blue and black isn't going together well.

the load time isn't actually THAT bad the only real problem i found was that the links around the circle are so tiny its hard to read them...might wanna make them a little bigger other than that very cute chick and not a bad template

I think the links need to be larger, but very original concept!
