Hi all, and thank you already for reading this. It is really appreciated. I opened my first videogaming website (in french) two months ago, and yes, it has many flaws, but i'd like to read your input about it. We plan to change it in V1.1, and we want feedback from reviews, be them short or detailed.

Already planned changes for V1.1 ;
- Only 5 news on main page, with a picture on the left and a description.
- Right thumbnails to be changed for something bigger and fixed width/height
- URL rewriting for search engines, plus meta tags (!)
- Color changes (its too hospital for me now lol)

Hi. First of all, the banner is wonderful. Second, the colours and borders are nice, the layout is clean and sorted out. Third, you might want to colour the white background with another colour of your choice. Fourth, you might want to move the google ads into the site table.

Thanks. I just not understand the part where you talk about the google ads, and i'm pretty newbie with them. Do you mean moving the ads into the actual design frame instead of outside? Or change it to another plan with bigger frames for the ad? In the last case, I found it too overwhelming for my website, which I aim to be pro in a year or two. Thanks!

The Bad

• Ads at top - I really don't like the ad on top. Not only does it not match the flow of the site...but also the link colors aren't changed.
• Colors - Your teal color in the header doesn't match the base color of your site.
• Color scheme - There is too much teal/green in your design. Why not ilven it up with some orange or blue. Right now it is feeling like your site is teal (which is 1 color I hate on websites) and white. Then to top it off you have red links!
• Photoshopy - Everything is too photoshopy and orby. All the links up top don't match your basic layout and the different console buttons are hard to read and bring way too many colors to the site.

• Cool logo - I really like the logo.

Overall
Overall it is a nice design but you have to work on fluidity, color scheme, and images.

Nothing wrong with all what you said. That's why I plan big changes in V1.1, especially with the colors, as you pointed out. Orange and blue are cool and will probably be the next colors used. In fact, I like the MAC colors too, so I'm still hesitating what to choose. The logo, as other graphical details, were created by a pro artist, so I'll forward comments to him. Thanks again.
