Hi. First of all, the template looks good. The colours and borders and nice, the banner is good. You might want to colour the white bits of the layout. Second, the proxy script is good.

I give it a 7.5/10.
You'd get higher with a cooler looking logo.

I think it looks good, The design and layout is clean but your logo could do with some more life as others have already pointed out. If you decide to make a "better" logo then post again so we can see what it looks like

Simple yet effective. I like the color gradients and layout. Very well done proxy site. Just be sure you have the bandwidth to keep it up and running.

Yeah, the logo will definitley help.

I also think maybe a slightly darker background could snaz up the site as well, but that is really your preference.

Some tool tips for words stupid people would not know would also be good. Such as: Cookie, meta, base64, rotate13,etc.. (or maybe a FAQ..?)

Otherwise with a decent logo I'd give it a 7/10

The Bad

There are too many Proxy Topsite images at the bottom.
The banner needs a logo or something to spice it up.

The Good

YOU HAVE A FAVICON! Fist one yet today! Congrats!
The color scheme is great.
The layout is great.
Fast load.
Ads are not intrusive.
