This is only the second website I have made, so naturally it's not going to be the best out there. But I would like suggestions and criticism on the design, layout, and content, so I can begin to make the site more approachable and user-friendly.

Hi. First of all, I really like the template - nice colours, good borders, clean, professional banner. Second, you may want to install a forum for your site. Third, your content is well-based.
