Hi. First of all, I really like your template. It's clean, has smooth colours, has a great logo. Well done on that. Second, the content is really clear. Third, maybe you could install a forum for your site.

[^] Bright listings and images

Things to Fix
[!] The image of the UK in the banner isn't really bright. Maybe make it stronger to stand out
[!] Advertise!
[!] Get some buttons for your top links
[!] On the left menu, leave a small gap between the blue bars above, just to seperate the links
[!] Your price search function doesn't allow users to type in numbers as their set limit
[!] Search page needs to be finished, I understand that it probably isn't complete

a really good layout with a good banner but the uk badge needs to stand out more for me so it catches your eye. maby get dsome advertsing on there or somethink. great site
